At Wonderboom Car Service, we understand that extended warranties can offer peace of mind when it comes to unexpected repairs. That’s why we’re here to make the claims process as effortless as possible for you. We can submit claims to all major EXTENDED WARRANTY (aftermarket) companies, handling the entire procedure from start to finish.
What We Need From You:
- Your Vehicle: Must be on our premises for us to submit a claim.
- Warranty Policy: Please provide the policy number associated with your extended warranty.
- Vehicle Owner’s ID Number: For verification purposes.
- Proof (Invoice) of Last Three Services: This is not required if the services were performed at our facility.
Important Note: The authorization process for warranty claims can take up to 5 working days and is entirely beyond our control. We will, however, make every effort to secure authorization as quickly as possible. Should this process take some time, please make arrangements for alternative transportation.
